The periodic action function, which has been popular so far, has been revived on the new system software.
Previous data is stored for users who have been using that function on system software version 5.0.0, so they can use it as it is.
However, the following settings on "PALRO Fwappar" app or "PALRO Tsunaga-link" app are required.

- Setting with "PALRO Fwappar" app

Please tap the "Promises" button on "PALRO Fwappar", then tap "OFF" on "Periodic Action".
Please turn "ON" each of the "Periodic Actions (1 - 5)" which have been used on system software version 5.0.0, then tap the "Back" button.

- Setting with "PALRO Tsunaga-link" app

Please tap "PALRO Main Unit information" from the "Settings" tab inside "PALRO Tsunga-link", then tap "OFF" on "Periodic Action".
Please turn "ON" each of the "Periodic Actions (1 - 5)" which have been used on system software version 5.0.0, then tap the "Back" button.
* If these settings are made through the "PALRO Tsunaga-link" app, it may take a while until reflecting them on PALRO.

There is a name change

・The "Gift Model" has been renamed as "Gift Package".

- "PALRO, nice to meet you" section has been added.
- The "Instruction Manual" has been changed to the "User's Instruction Manual (Basics)".
- The "Operations Manual" has been changed to the "User's Instruction Manual (Advanced)".

There are some specification change and performance improvement of various functions

With system software version 5.0.3, each function has become more convenient and usable.

Main changes ("PALRO Tsunaga-link" app):
- Now it is possible to register the "Sender" of PALRO.
By registering the "Sender", it is possible to leave messages to the PALRO "User".

- The "Sender" now receives "Notices" from PALRO.
These "Notices" are meant to report abnormalities found on PALRO main unit, and information regarding the PALRO settings.

- The "Sender" can register messages for important anniversaries and memories, and daily events.
The "Sender" can leave messages related to family anniversaries to the "User".




- The list of settings which can be changed through the "PALRO Tsunaga-link" app has been increased considerably.
The list of settings which can be changed remotely has been increased, now including topics such as friends-related information, "Running Time" and "Nap" settings.

Main changes (PALRO main unit):
- The "Sender" can now leave messages to the "User".

- News related contents have been renewed.
> The user's RSS setting takes precedence. In order to access the new contents, please remove the RSS setting.

- Other changes.
- The system will now be updated automatically.
- The startup process limited to when starting up from naps, breaks and when reaching the starting running time, is now more silent due to the omission of the startup music.
- The Silent Mode has been abolished, and the sound volume for PALRO's quietest voice has been adjusted to a lower volume.
- PALRO can now walk without pushing the SW2 button.
> PALRO will be able to walk while on Relax Position and while not connected to the AC adapter.
In order to prohibit PALRO from walking, it can be set through the "PALRO Tsunaga-link" app or the "PALRO Fwappar" app.

*1 For previous "PALRO Shabe-link" app users, please use the latest "PALRO Tsunaga-link" app by downloading it from the App Store or Google Play.
*2 The system software update takes place automatically during the system shutdown.
The update may take longer than 30 minutes (it depends on the network environment).

• ・Improvements have been made to the waste heat control system, enabling PALRO to feel less tired.

• ・Some issues have been fixed.
